A great builder is someone that you can trust – Major Oak will understand your “vision” from the early concepts of your project and will deliver and exceed every expectation you have of us. Our reputation and our names in the industry and our community are one of the most important aspects of our life and will never put you, us, or our families in jeopardy of any wrongdoing.
A great builder never takes shortcuts - Undesired consequences will happen if builders take shortcuts. At Major Oak, we take our product very seriously and our team will inspect every detail and piece of work to ensure it was done correctly. As your builder, you will entrust us with your project.
A great builder communicates clearly and often – Major Oak understands how important your project is for you. We will take the time to explain to you in detail on the aspects of the build, what our plan is and our next steps. We would love to tour you thru your project as it is being built and to share the excitement at every milestone completed. When we come across something out of the ordinary, we will always communicate this to you immediately.
A great builder always gives full attention to their work - Major Oak will have complete focus on every project we build. In construction, we understand that one slight wrong move can put the entire project into jeopardy. As seasoned builders, we overcome this obstacle, by making our sites extremely efficient.

Warranties & Licensing –Major Oak stands behind our product and give you a quality build that you can be proud to call your own. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of Connecticut and our warranty program is as follows:
- One year coverage: Major Oak warrants your build for a period of one (1) year from the occupancy date.
Punctuality –Major Oak will follow thru on our promises as we believe that a builder who arrives on time is the one who will start and complete a project before the deadline.
Innovation - Most builders will simply follow a set of blueprints. However, Major Oak will “think outside of the box” and we are very creative builders. This delivers creativity for project we build.

Which areas do you work?

Major Oak is currently licensed to build in the State of Connecticut. We are able to work across the State and work well with the Building Officials within each jurisdiction.
